THE CHALLENGE
The transactions that are specific to a logistics company were carried by Yusen Logistics Romania both with related and independent parties, but applying a standardized comparability analysis was not possible.

As the standardized approach was not applicable, we had to think to an out of the box approach and perform a transfer pricing analysis in a different manner.
